To install an add-on, follow these steps:Make sure you’re signed in to Chrome using the same Gmail account linked to your browser profile
Go to the “Add-ons” menu in Google Docs and choose plagiarismdetector.net ->Start
If “Drive.google.com refused to connect” appears, it means you’re logged into more than one Gmail account at once. You can fix this by opening an incognito window, signing in only with the Gmail account associated with your PlagiarismCheck installation, and reopening the add-on.
The similarity percentage reflects the portion of your text that matches existing content from available sources. It highlights how much of your work aligns with other published material.

Select the AI Detector tab, and the system will analyze your document, showing the percentage of AI-generated content. The sentences will be highlighted as Likely AI or Highly Likely AI during the detection process.
Click on the Grammar tab, and our grammar checker will automatically highlight any issues that need correction. For individual users, please note that running the grammar check will deduct 3 pages from your available balance.
If you are part of an institution subscribed to Plagiarism Detector, the grammar checker feature may be either enabled or disabled, depending on your organization’s settings.
Click on the Open report button.
